On March 21, 2010, I participated in a hike around Lake Calavera led by the San Diego Natural History Museum Canyoneers. On June 14, 2010, I returned to explore a different route, similar to the one described in Jerry Schad's Afoot & Afield in San Diego County.
Most of the streets in this area were built after the topo was compiled.
The data plotted on the topo contains both the March 21 and June 14 hikes.
After the hike, I visited the new Double Peak Park and took some pictures, which are included in the image annotations.
