Luelf Pond Preserve is a small preserve with one signed trail, approximately 0.37 miles long, which runs through a wooded area. There is also a side trail, which we didn't explore fully, that goes up a hillside and affords good views of the area.

Leashed dogs are allowed. There are no signs forbidding mountain bikes, but parts of the trail are too steep and rough for bike riding.

The official Luelf Pond Preserve/Holly Oaks Park Trail Map shows all the trails we surveyed, and some in Holly Oaks Park that we didn't even notice.

The survey was actually performed in two parts. On July 18, I drove to the Preserve, took some pictures and surveyed the roads leading to it, since they are not on the USGS topo. The trails were surveyed on August 27.

I hope to return to this area soon to explore the trails that we missed this time.
